Central defender Mickey Demetriou has been nominated for the February Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month award.
Our number five registered three clean sheets against Tranmere Rovers, Crawley Town and Harrogate Town. His three goal involvements came against high flyers Stockport County and Notts County.

Emmanuel Adegboyega (Walsall) – central defender
Brave in blocking shots and composed on the ball, the 20-year-old’s first four games of his EFL career were stunning. They brought four wins, just two goals conceded and three scored at the other end, including winners against Mansfield and Accrington.
Hakeeb Adelakun (Doncaster Rovers) - attacking midfielder
Having arrived in January, Adelakun has fitted in seamlessly with his new team, scoring three goals in five games, all of them winners. His willingness to run with the ball also brought four fine assists, three of them in the 5-1 win at Grimsby.
Mickey Demetriou (Crewe Alexandra) – central defender
Organiser of a Crewe defence that kept three clean sheets and let in just two goals in five unbeaten games, Demetriou also took over the captaincy, contributed an assist and scored the opening goals in the wins at Stockport and Notts County.
Will Evans (Newport County) - striker
Five goals and two assists in six games for Evans as he broke through the 20-goal mark. Allied to his physicality, hold-up play and poaching ability were an emphatic rising finish at Walsall and a beautifully timed volley against Gillingham.
