Joel Tabiner says Crewe Alexandra players are looking forward to the final game of the regular League Two season at Colchester on Saturday (3pm).

A point will be enough to guarantee a place in the Play-Offs for The Railwaymen, against a U’s side now safe from the drop.

The stakes will be high and the pressure intense, but midfielder Tabiner believes Crewe will relish it.

He said: “We are still confident and we’ll go to win the game next weekend.

“We can’t wait – it's the biggest game we’ve had and we know, if we win, we’ll be in the Play-Offs. We all know we are good enough to do it.

“The Wrexham game weas disappointing but we have to look forward now. The performance was better than the scoreline suggests but things went their way.

“We didn’t create as much as we’d have liked – we played well but it wasn’t enough.”
