“I feel cemented in the first-team environment and I want to keep pushing on.

“The gaffer has let me be more attacking this season and we are playing good football so I am able to get forward easier.

“Being able to get around the box and make goals and score goals is what I want to do.”

A gritty displayed earned a 1-0 success at Harrogate and kept Crewe fifth in League Two.

Adebisi added: “The boys stuck together and got the three points which is the most important thing.

“This group is like a family. Everyone works together and we all fight for each other to the last minute of each game - we put in our hearts for the shirt every week.”
