New measures for fans aged 12-16 in KPI Recruiting Stand

17 November 2023

Crewe Alexandra is pleased to announce a revision to restrictions whereby non-Season Ticket holders aged 12-16 can again attend matches unaccompanied in the KPI Recruiting Stand.

Since the beginning of September, non-Season Ticket holders under 17 have been required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at games.

Crewe Alexandra is delighted to report there has been a marked improvement in behaviour inside the stadium and in the surrounding areas, and would like to thank supporters for their assistance.

Now, after further discussions with Cheshire Police, the new measures for the KPI Recruiting Stand are as follows:

  • Non-Season Ticket Holders aged 12-16 must obtain a Customer Number to purchase match tickets
  • Non-Season Ticket Holders aged 12-16 must purchase a ticket at least one day in advance of the fixture
  • Non-Season Ticket Holders aged 12-16 cannot purchase tickets online

Non-Season Ticket Holders aged 12-16 are advised to visit the Ticket Office between Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) at least one day in advance of the fixture they wish to attend.

Alternatively, a transaction can be completed over the phone (01270 252610). Customers can collect a ticket on the day of the game or receive an E-Ticket via email.

Crewe Alexandra and Cheshire Police will continue to closely monitor supporter behaviour as we work together towards further reducing restrictions.

However, the Club wishes to make it clear that a zero-tolerance approach will continue to be applied to anybody engaging in disorder, and tighter measures could be reapplied if incidents rise.

Crewe Alexandra is committed to ensuring matchdays are a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We would like to thank supporters in advance for their further cooperation.
