Lee Bell has warned Crewe Alexandra must take nothing for granted when they take on rock-bottom Sutton United tonight (Tuesday, 7.45).

The Railwaymen made the long trip south yesterday and are now preparing to to bid for a fourth away win of the season.

But though Sutton sit bottom of League Two and are without a win in three, Manager Bell says his players will have to be at their best.

He said: “Forget league tables. They will work for their Manager who has been there for a long time.

“It will be a really tough game. They have good players and I really think they are a team that could turn around their position.

“We’ll have to match them in every department and perform better with the football than we did on Saturday.”

Crewe will be expected by may peope to take three points, which hasn’t often been the case often this term.

Bell added: “We want the pressure of being favourites to win games; that shows we are doing something right.

“The players want to achieve something so if you are doing well you are going to be favourites more often than not.”
