Overview
An exciting opportunity for an individual to gain experience in:
- Assisting with the design and delivery of workshops to Academy coaches in line with previously determined topics
- Assisting the design and delivery of workshops to players across all academy age groups and parents based on previously determined topics
- Be involved in the consultation process involving the Academy Manager, Head of Sports Science & Medicine and Player Care Co-ordinator with regards to specific psychological support needs for the club
- Assist the Academy staff to identify an athletes mental strengths and weaknesses that contribute to or affect an athletes performance
This is an opportunity to gain experience within a Professional sporting environment and observing Professional coaches, designed to help compliment the individual’s educational programme.
