Crewe Alexandra Women FC are delighted to announce the signing of former midfielder Becky Garner.
The Reds have moved to bolster their midfield with the signing of Garner who can operate as either a defensive or attack minded player.
The former Alex midfielder has been training with the club since she left City Of Stoke Women and has clearly done enough to impress the coaching staff.
Despite only being 25, she brings a wealth of experience back into the squad with her after breaking into the Crewe Alex first team set up aged 16. Becky commonly known as Becks was part of the successful promotion to the FA Women's National League before going on to captain our reserve team in the FAWN reserve league.
Head Coach, Matt Fisher on the second signing of the day: "Becks has been training with us for a month or so now and has done really well. She's also brought alot of positivity back into the camp and knows what we require here.
"I'm delighted to have Becks back on board and so is everybody else associated with the club."
