The Football Club would like to place on record its thanks to everyone who purchased season tickets last summer. Without your support the financial landscape of Crewe Alexandra would be looking very different today.
iFollow has been a great way to watch your team, but we all agree, it can be never be the same as attending games at the Alexandra Stadium.
Therefore, the Football Club will be offering the opportunity to claim a partial refund on a 2020/21 season ticket, whilst accounting for the iFollow access.
The following category season ticket holders can therefore claim.
Adult - £85
Seniors - £4
A number of supporters have already got in touch to say they will not be asking for a refund. This act of generosity is greatly appreciated, especially in these difficult times. Any partial refunds not claimed will be classed as donation to the Football Club and will be of serious help to Crewe Alexandra.
How to claim a refund
We will reopen in line with Government guidelines on Monday April 12th. We will then be open 10-3pm on Monday and Wednesday to allow supporters to call into the Alexandra Store to process their refund application.
Supporters can also make a request over the phone during this time (01270 252610), leave a message on the answer phone or email tickets@crewealex.net and we will get back to you. The refund window ends on April 30th 2021.
