Crewe Alexandra designated Saturday’s home game against Stevenage to raise awareness of mental health issues through the EFL’s main charity Mind.
It doesn’t matter how small you think the problem is, please talk about it and if necessary please seek the appropriate help and support.
Everyone at Crewe Alexandra Football Club wants our supporters to stay safe and never face mental health issues on their own.
The club is full supportive of all the tremendous work the support network at Mind provide and you can find more information and advice from their website at Mind.org.uk.
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem that could be hundreds of football players and thousands of football fans. That’s why Crewe Alexandra and all the other EFL clubs are working with Mind, the mental health charity.
Mind are here to make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
Remember whoever you support, Mind supports you.
