Artell: "We Continue To Plan Accordingly"

14 February 2020

Boss says his planning does not alter despite the impending threat of Storm Dennis

David Artell says that he will prepare his team  as normal for this weekend’s trip to Plymouth Argyle and that that any adverse weather conditions caused by ‘Storm Dennis’ is completely out of our control.

The Alex will travel to South Coast later today and Artell says that the weather will not affect his planning until he is told otherwise.

Ahead of our trip to Plymouth, the Alex boss said: “The expected weather, storm or whatever is predicated to be coming our way does not affect me. We plan accordingly and we will travel.

“If we play the game then great, we play the game, and if we don’t then there is nothing I can do about that. That is life, that is mother nature and it is completely out of our hands.

“We are planning as if we are playing. We will go down later today and it is a game we are looking forward to. It will be two good teams, going head to head, so lets see how we get on.”
