Are you looking to commit to purchasing a season ticket for the 2020/21? Well there are three ways you can still commit to purchasing a season ticket for next whilst still practicing social distancing.

Option One - Online

Simply head to our e-ticketing website where you can renew or make a new season ticket purchase. If you haven’t done this before, you will have to activate your account. Click here to a view simple guide for how to activate your online account.

Option Two – By Post

You can post a cheque and details of your season ticket renewal to the Football Club by writing to Crewe Alexandra Football Club, The Alexandra Stadium, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 6EB.

Option Three – Request A Call

If you are unable to use either option one or two, you can email info@crewealex.net to request a call back about your season ticket purchase. Please include details of your customer number in the email. Due to the Football Club operating with skeleton staff, supporters may experience a delay in receiving their call.

The Football Club are grateful for the large number of supporters who are continuing to purchase their season tickets for the 2020/21 season.

But we fully understand how challenging these times are and as such we are keen to ensure that we don’t penalise supporters who are currently unable to purchase their season ticket for next season.

As such we have made the decision to suspend all season ticket windows until the situation becomes clearer for everybody.
