Boss hoping to pick the brain of one of world's best managers at LMA seminar later today.

David Artell will have the pleasure of listening to one of the world’s most innovative coaches when he attends a League Managers’ Association talk later today.

That LMA will feature a talk from Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and Artell appreciates that he cannot fail to learn from one of the game’s all-time greats.

David told crewealex: “I am taking training and then launch a fantastic charity at Leighton Hospital this afternoon. We are a community driven club and it is for a great cause. That is more important than meeting Pep.

“It will be terrific to listen to one of the top managers’ of the modern era and hopefully I can pick his brains a bit. What the LMA do is brilliant and they are always putting on talks and seminars where we can learn and develop.

“They have football managers, coaches, CEO’s from the business world, psychologists… all that stuff and it is really good. I am sure I will learn some snippets of wisdom from Pep and it all helps to improve you.”
