David Artell says that everything will have fall into place if we are going to sign any of our trialists this summer.
The Alex boss has invited a handful of trialists into the club to participate in pre-season training in the hope of securing a permanent contract, but he admits that they will have to make a big impression to force their way into his potential plans.
The Crewe boss said: “It won’t just be about their ability because there will be other factors that would come into it. Everything would have to fall into place.
“They would have to be as good, if not better, than what we have already got. Then it will be a case of do we need them?
“Then there are the wages, the potential accommodation and travel. It is all comes into the whole package but if they can improve us, then we would do everything we possibly can to bring them in on a permanent basis.”
