The Crewe Alexandra squad and members of staff will be participating in a 10k run at Delamere Forest in Frodsham this afternoon.

David Artell sees the benefit of taking the players away from the familiarities of the training ground for the day and he will bring a fun and competitive edge to the run. The participants will be split into groups of four and Artell is sure to have one or two surprises up his sleeve to make the exercise challenging!
