Boss: "We Will Have To Look At Travel"

Steve Davis previews this season's fixtures and says it will be a challenge on the road.

Boss Steve Davis says that he will have to sit down and plan a large number of away trips. The English Football League fixtures have been released this morning and Crewe and their away following will be on the road a lot more due to the number of southern based teams now in League Two.


Steve told crewealex.net: “It is always interesting to see the fixtures and I always look at the first few games, who we get around the Christmas period and then who we finish with.



“There will need to be a lot of planning involved this season because there are a lot of southern based clubs. I will have to sit down and see where and when we will look to stay over and see the ones we may be able to travel on the day of the game.



“It will be a lot more travelling and there are not that many local games for us, but it is something we have to cope with and get on with it.
