Davis Given Green Light To Resume Training

Harry Davis back in training after overcoming knee injury.

Crewe Alexandra have been handed a timely boost with the news that club captain Harry Davis has been given the green leg to re-join full training.

The defender visited a consultant in London last week and was given the go-ahead to resume training after overcoming his knee injury. The injury sustained against Walsall back in September has restricted the experienced Davis, 24, to just four appearances this season.

Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “Harry visited the consultant last week and was given the green light.

“He can now resume training and it will be a question of him building his fitness levels up again before we consider him for the 21s.

“He has missed a lot of football so it will be a gradual thing but he will be eager to get back as soon as he can and the meeting with the consultant was all positive.”
