The side maintained their perfect start to the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign with the victory, Wilson latching onto a cross to net just three minutes after coming off the bench.

Marcus Haber too came off the bench for the Canada senior side as his side defeated Belize 3-0 in Toronto in the first leg of their World Cup 2018 Qualifying tie.

Haber came on in the 65th minute with the score 2-0, Toasaint Ricketts (2) and Atiba Hutchinson with the goals for the Maple Leafs.

The return leg in Belize is on Tuesday, September 8.
