Brad Inman positive over injury.

Crewe Alexandra have been handed a boost with the news that Brad Inman has successfully trained this week and is available for this weekend’s home game against Sheffield United.

Inman was on the receiving end of a rather reckless tackle against Blackpool last weekend and had been on crutches at the beginning of the weekend, but manager Steve Davis has praised the positivity of his forward and his desire to declare himself fit.

Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “Brad has a good chance. He isn’t 100% after the tackle but he has been positive all week and the nearer it has got to the game the more positive he has become.

“We will see how he is today and he wants to play and be involved. Fair play to him he has played every game and he is prepared to battle through and be a part of it.”

Inman has scored three goals this season and has been one of the club’s most consistent performers.
