Bid For Duggy's Signed Wembley Shirt with all proceeds going to the hospital


Adam Dugdale is auctioning off his Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final shirt to help raise some money for Liverpool’s Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. As you may be aware the hospital staff cared for Adam’s and Nicola’s baby Jude before he sadly loss his battle for life back in April.

Duggy had been issued with his specially embroidered red and white shirt with his number 6 and after getting it signed by the lads, including that of the Leeds United bound Luke Murphy, he is now offering to fans to bid for.



All proceeds will be donated to Alder Hey Children’s hospital and Adam will personally hand over the shirt to the winner before the first game of the season against Rotherham United.
