New loan signing hoping to be involved tonight

Lauri Dalla Valle is hoping that he will get a chance to impress at Doncaster Rovers this evening after completing his loan switch from Fulham yesterday. The Finnish striker has signed on a one-month loan deal and is set be named in Steve Davis’ travelling squad to the Keepmoat Stadium.

Lauri told the club’s official web-site: “I am delighted to have signed for Crewe and the lads have been really friendly and I’ve settled in quickly. The facilities are excellent here and I was surprised because I have been to other clubs at this level and they do not compare to them here.

“I have been able to train with the team for the last few days and I have enjoyed it.  I hope to be involved as soon as possible and to get some games under my belt.  Hopefully I can score some goals and help Crewe move up the table.

“It is a tough game at Doncaster but one I’m sure the lads will look forward to. The manager decides the team and all I can is hope to be involved, if I am then I want to do the best I can for the team.”
