Crewe Alexandra will aim to maintain their positive form when they visit Crawley Town on Saturday (3pm).
Lee Bell's side sit fourth in League Two. They bounced back to winning ways last weekend and will to bid to accumulate more points on the road.
The Opposition
Crawley Town have started the season well and amassed 20 points already despite having played a game less than many of the sides above them.
They sit 10th in the standings - but have lost their last three games in all competitions, including league defeats at the hands of Doncaster and Wrexham.
The Gaffer
Scott Lindsey took the reins in January and steered Crawley from the drop zone with an improved run of results.
This time around the ex-Swindon boss, who represented the likes of Gillingham and Burton as a player, will aim to better last terms' 22nd-place finish.
Fighting Talk
Lee Bell: “They have a really good manager, so I’m not surprised that they’ve started well. They play good, attractive football. We are in for a really tough game against a team that can do a bit of everything.”
Scott Lindsey: “It’s a tough game obviously, they have had a great start to the season. We have watched them and we are unsure what they will do with their shape. We are looking forward to the game."
Head-to-Head
Crewe boast a great record against Crawley, having been defeated just three times in 18 clashes. The Railwaymen have taken victory on 10 occasions while three games have ended in a draw.
In the last five meetings, Crewe are unbeaten against Crawley with four wins and a draw - including a 6-1 win in 2019.
Match Officials
The referee for the game is Sam Purkiss, while his assistants will be Garry Maskell and Gareth Viccars. The fourth official will be Stuart Butler.
