Q1. What is a Crewe Alex Membership?

A membership allows you to purchase a game without the need of a physical ticket and save money on the ticket. When you purchase, the game will be loaded on to your membership card to be used at the respective turnstile shown in your email purchase confirmation. Ticket prices for league games for season 2018/19 will be discounted for card holders by £4 per match for Adults and £1.50 per match for concessions. It's like having a season ticket to gain entry without paying for the season, instead pick and choose which games you can attend and load them onto the card without any need to queue for tickets and save money!

Q2. How do I use my Membership Card?

You will need to purchase a seat for a game online or at the ticket office. Once you have made your purchase the match will automatically be added on to your membership card. On match day, if you make your way to your turnstile shown on your email purchase confirmation and present the card, it will be scanned & will allow access to the stadium.

Q3. How do I know which Block and seat I have purchased?

You will be sent an email confirmation to the email address registered to your account. The email confirmation will show your turnstile entry details as well as seat details when ordering online. Alternatively call 01270 252610 during opening hours (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri 9-5). if you dont have an email address and purchase at the Ticket Office, the staff will give you a note of turnstile entry point, block number and row/seat number to retain.

Q5. What happens if I lose my card?

You will need to purchase a replacement card from the ticket office, priced at £5 for Adults & £3 for Concessions

Q6. What happens if I purchase multiple tickets on my account?

Only one seat will be added onto your membership card for you, and any additional tickets will be printed out separately and will need to be collected from the ticket office.

Q7. How much does it cost and why do i need to pay for this?

Adults £20, Seniors (60+) & Disabled £15, Students & 17-19 Years £10, 12-16 Years £7, Under 12 £5. The membership scheme offers supporters who attend semi-regularly to regularly the chance to save money on match tickets & coach travel as well as a 10% discount in the club shop & priority on Cup & Away tickets.

Q8. What happens if I forget to bring my membership card to a game and I have a game purchased on it?

You will need to go to the main ticket office window where you will be given a physical copy of the ticket for that game and the membership card will automatically become invalid.

Q9. What happens when I don’t have an email address?

When you purchase the game onto your card at the ticket office window you will be issued a slip with your turnstile and seat details on.

Q10. What priorities do I get?

Cheaper home match tickets (saving up to £4 per match), priority on Cup & Away Tickets, savings on away coach travel & 10% discount in the Club Shop.

Q11. Do Ticketmaster have a charge for purchasing ?

There is no charge.

Q12. What about Cup tickets?

Cup games can be added to your membership card, much like Season Ticket holders. These will be priced accordingly to the admission prices for that cup game. Full details will be released when a home cup fixture is confirmed.
