As the greenest football club in the world, we hope fans will enjoy the fact we do things a little differently here - from our award-winning vegan food to the organic pitch the teams will be playing on.

All away fans are invited to watch the match from our West Terrace (standing only), which can hold up to 975 people.

The West Terrace is an uncovered standing terrace at the moment – we have plans to create a covered seating area, but it won’t be ready in time for your arrival unfortunately.

That said, we’d advise fans to bring appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather – particularly as The New Lawn is on top of a hill and is exposed to the elements.

On arrival, all away supporters will be welcomed into the stadium via the West Terrace turnstiles, numbers nine and ten.

For away supporters who require Wheelchair accessible seating, there are a very limited number available in our East Stand.

By Car

Sat Nav Post Code: GL6 0ET

The New Lawn is located near Nailsworth on the A46, nine miles from Junction 13 of the M5, or 16 miles from Junction 18 of the M4.

There are small cut-through lanes up to the ground: please do not to follow these lanes as they can become heavily congested; just use the main A419/A46 to reach Nailsworth Town and then head up Nympsfield Road to the stadium.

By Train / Bus

If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is in Stroud. Buses to Forest Green Rovers run approximately every 30 minutes from Stroud/Gloucester (number 63).

There’s limited parking onsite and in the area, so we do encourage all supporters to travel on the official supporter's coaches.

If you are driving, please try to car share where possible or use public transport. Make sure to allow plenty of time, as the last part of your journey is through a small village, which can become quite congested on a Matchday.

Match Day Parking

The main car park at the stadium is fully booked for each game but there is availability at the neighbouring school, within easy walking distance (90m) from the stadium. The cost of parking is:

-          Car: £5

-          Mini Bus: £10

-          Coach: £20

(all cash only)

We have a very limited number of spaces suitable for minibuses and coaches, which must be pre-booked.

Any coaches that are not able to park onsite, will be required to drop off supporters outside the ground and then park offsite; returning to the main road 20mins before the final whistle.

If you’re a Blue Badge holder or need a space close to the stadium for accessibility reasons, please contact the FGR reception to book a space in advance. Please note that these spaces are fully booked for every game.

Food & Drink

Away supporters will have exclusive use of our away bar: a marquee located at the front of the ground. The bar opens 3 hours before kick-off and will serve a range of lager, cider, wine and soft drinks until kick-off. There’ll also be a selection of bar snacks available from the bar on the day.

Inside the ground, you'll be able to purchase hot food, cold drinks, hot drinks and snacks from the West Terrace catering outlet, once the turnstiles open.
