Crewe moved to secure the signature of Daniel Powell in summer 2019 after the winger turned down a new contract at Northampton Town to move to the Alex.
The 28-year-old has been with the Cobblers for two seasons & scored eight goals in 73 appearances.
Prior to that move, he had spent his entire career at MK Dons after graduating from the Club’s youth system.
During those nine seasons at stadium:mk, he did have loan spells at Crawley & Forest Green during his formative years, but made a total of 271 appearances for the Dons during his career there – bagging 46 goals at League One & Championship level.
Moving to the Alex on a two-year-deal, Powell has been handed the number seven shirt for the 2019/20 campaign.
