Academy graduate Sass-Davies made his first team breakthrough in the 2017/18 season against Newcastle United u21s in the EFL Trophy.

A successful loan spell at Yeovil Town in 2021 has proved dividend in his senior career and has since gained international experience at various levels for Wales.

Despite injury ruling him out for large part of the 2021/22 campaign, he signed a contract extension until 2024 to lengthen his stay with the Alex.
