The 36-year-old was promoted to the Number Two role at the start of August '23, after impressing as part of the first-team coaching set-up throughout that summer.

Now Dicker, who was previously assistant to Bell when the pair took charge of the Under-18s, is excited to be linking up with the first-team manager once again.

Dicker has been a full-time coach at Crewe since the age of 27, and has quickly risen through the ranks.
