Crewe Alexandra are delighted to announce that Owen Lunt has signed a new one-year contract with an option for a further 12 months. 

The 19-year-old, who has been part of our Club since the age of 10, delivered some impressive performances for the first team earlier this season. 

A back injury has kept him on the sidelines since October, but Manager Lee Bell and his staff have shown their faith in the midfielder by awarding him a fresh deal. 

Lunt, who is the nephew of Alex legend Kenny, was the captain of his youth team and has made seven senior appearances in total.
