Crewe Alexandra are delighted to announce the signing of attacker Shilow Tracey.

The 25-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur man has penned a two-year deal at Mornflake Stadium.

Fast and skilful, Tracey started out at Ebbsfleet and was signed by Spurs for an undisclosed fee in 2016.

He stayed at the Premier League club for five years, enjoying loan spells at Macclesfield, Shrewsbury, and Cambridge.

He joined Cambridge on a permanent basis in 2021 and helped them win promotion from League Two in his first season. He left the U’s earlier this summer after they achieved consolidation in the third tier.

In total, Tracey has scored 11 goals in 57 starts. Now he has become Crewe’s third signing of the window, following keeper Harvey Davies and defender Ryan Cooney.
