Crewe Alexandra can confirm that Dan Agyei has left the club and joined Leyton Orient.

The 26-year-old forward scored 17 goals in 57 starts for The Railwaymen, after joining in January 2022.

He was the club's top scorer last term, and scooped the Players' Player of the Season and PFA Community Champion awards.

Agyei was offered a new and improved contract to stay in South Cheshire, but newly-promoted Orient have given him the opportunity to play in League One and move closer to home.
