Job Title: Head of Performance Analysis
Department: Football Performance Analysis
Job Summary:
Provide detailed pre/post and opposition match analysis for direct use by the Manager and coaching staff, including live match day analysis support and collaborating with all other staff to ensure the highest possible standards of performance analysis provision throughout the Football Club. The ideal candidate will have an organised and calm approach to work, and be comfortable with the time-pressured demands of an elite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process of opposition analysis with specific tasks to help players and staff be best prepared.
- Wherever necessary support insights with video, data, or tactical experiences.
- Assist with set piece analysis, databasing and the researching of best practice for set pieces.
- Set up and carry out an insightful and consistent post-match process reviewing games with the staff and creating presentations to show the players.
- Ensure the Manager, coaching staff, support staff and players are supported with the appropriate resources to aid performance.
- Distribute match footage in the most efficient and accessible form to allow players, coaches, and analysts to conduct analysis immediately following each first-team game. Collate all resources into engaging and concise forms of presentation, according to delivery methods required by the coaching staff.
- Attend all CAFC fixtures, home and away, to support the performance analysis provision. Deliver an exceptionally high standard of work in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
- Facilitate other matchday analysis workflows to aid and improve performance in the pre- match, half-time, and post-match meetings.

• Hold UEFA ‘B’ coaching license. |
