Crewe Alexandra are delighted to announce that Lachlan Brook will stay at the club until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old Brentford man arrived at Mornflake Stadium on a six-month loan deal in the summer, and has made 20 appearances for the club.

After bouncing back from an early injury, the highly-rated Aussie has shown his versatility in playing right across the front line, and has bagged two spectacular goals for The Railwaymen.

Manager Lee Bell worked hard to extend the deal with the Premier League club, and we would like to thank Brentford for their help and cooperation.

Everybody at Crewe Alexandra would like to wish Lachlan the best of luck for the second half of the campaign, which continues with the visit of AFC Wimbledon on Saturday (3pm).
