Lee Bell wants Crewe Alexandra to complete a league double over Swindon Town at Mornflake Stadium tomorrow (Saturday, 3pm).
The Railwaymen earned a 1-0 success at the County Ground earlier this season, thanks to a Dan Agyei penalty.
Manager Bell, who has guided his men to five unbeaten at home, said: “It would be nice to complete a league double.
“It was a really good away performance at Swindon, and they are a good team. They have a really good squad and they like to attack and score goals, and we have to combat that both defending and attacking.
“We are at home and we want to put on a performance; and I want to see some energy. The aim is always to win games and pick up points.
“I’m also looking forward to meeting Jody Morris and picking his brains, because he has a wealth of experience at the top level.”
Bell revealed that the fitness of Charlie Finney and Rio Adebisi will be assessed, while the condition of Ryan Finnigan will be monitored after his recent injury.
He added: “Our home form has been decent recently. We know what we want the performance to look like, and we’ve explained in through video, shape-work, and other aspects of training. We expect the players to perform in the manner we have set out.”
