Crewe youngster Connor Evans has joined Northern Premier Division side Marine AFC on a short-term loan.

The striker will spend at least a month at Rossett Park with the view to extend the deal for longer.

This will be seen as the next part of Evans' progression and the club have given permission for the forward to be available for selection at Saturday's FA Trophy game with Radcliffe Borough.

Good luck to Connor on his first loan away from Crewe Alexandra.
