Lunt says that management team all have different strengths to take the club forward.
Kenny Lunt believes that the newly formed management team allows ideas to flow through because each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Lunt is focussing more on developing our players as part of the first-team set-up after accepting the role as Player Development Coach under previous boss David Artell.
His replacement, Alex Morris, has been keen to utilise Lunt’s vast experience as a major part of his coaching staff and he will continue to offer his key insights at matches heading into the 2022/23 season.
Lunt, 42, told the club’s officialwebsite: “We all have got different strengths and weakness and it is no different in our management team. We have worked together in various roles for years and years and years and we know what those strengthens are.
“We work well as a team and have good relationships. We know how each other works and the discussions are always healthy. Everyone’s opinion is considered and it works really well.
Lunt added: “We are all different and bring different things and I think it is a good team that has been further strengthened with Josh and Glyn coming in on the recruitment side.”
