Alex Morris says that the club will continue to assess the trialist that played almost an hour of our pre-season match against West Bromwich Albion at the weekend.
The winger has travelled with the Crewe squad to train at Loughborough University and is sure to get another chance to impress in the club’s behind closed door friendly against Lommel SK on Wednesday afternoon.
The Crewe Alexandra boss revealed to the club’s official website: “The wide player has come in on a recommendation from a good club, who do some good loans and they have a good reputation for providing good loans for League One and League Two clubs.
“We have built up a good relationship with them, so we continue to have a look at him and will have another chance to see him in a match environment.”
Meanwhile, our former captain Luke Murphy is also in Loughborough as he continues to work on his conditioning.
“Murph will continue to train to condition himself so he is in the right place physically for when something comes along for him.
“He has a really good impact on the group and has been brilliant around the building, so there is absolutely nothing to lose by having him in and around it because it benefits everyone.”
