Crewe Alexandra can confirm that Donervon Daniels has left the Football Club by mutual consent and will join League Two side Walsall.

Daniels, 28, joined the Alex back in 2020 after becoming a free agent that summer. The Central defender became one of our first arrivals when returning to Sky Bet League One and made his debut against Newcastle United Under-21s in the Papa John’s Trophy that season.

Despite an injury-hit campaign, the Montserrat international went on to represent the Alex on 31 occasions.
