Crewe Alexandra's management team and players made their annual visit to Leighton Hospital in Crewe to give presents to young patients who may be spending Christmas time away from their homes.

The children were surprised by Dave Richards, Eli King, Sean Lawton, Charlie Colkett and Kelvin Mellor. First Team Manager Lee Bell and his Assistant Alex Morris joined the players in spreading Christmas cheer throughout the ward with the patients, their families and also, the staff.

Two other popular members of the group were club mascot Gresty the lion and Father Christmas, who certainly brought a smile to people's faces.
