Crewe Alexandra Soccer Centre Join Up With Local PCSOs To Create Salt Wars

Crewe Alexandra Soccer Centre have teamed up with local PCSO’s to create a social action project called Salt Wars. This has been set up to help bridge the gap between young people and the police.

Together they have set up three satellites throughout the summer in the Cheshire area; Sandbach, Holmes Chapel and Middlewich.

The Idea behind Salt Wars is for three towns to go to battle and compete in three different activities, these were Football, Rugby, and Rounders. Young people would learn different skills throughout the morning and then compete against one another to earn vital points for their town in the afternoon.
