Billy Sass-Davies is going from strength-to-strength after he gained more experience being away with the Wales Under-21 squad.
The centre-half played the full 90 minutes against Holland Under-21s after a brief appearance as a late substitute against Moldova in the European Qualifiers.
David Artell told the club’s official website: “Billy is doing fine. He is not far off at all.
“He didn’t play much against Moldova because they wanted him to play at Holland. That was a tough one because Holland Under-21s will be a top side at that level.
“He is fine and going along great. He is not far off and he has to keep going. “
