Crewe Alexandra are pleased to announce the loan signing of Tottenham Hotspur winger J’Neil Bennett. The 19-year-old has signed on an initial loan until January.

A lively winger who can operate from either flank, Bennett was a regular in the Spurs U23 last side season and recently made his full Spurs debut in the Europa Conference League Play-Off First Leg against Portugese side Paços Ferreira.

Bennett, who was on the books at QPR prior to joining Tottenham, spent a brief spell training with the Alex earlier this summer and scored in the U23 friendly with Wolves.

He will now link up with David Artell’s side and provide competition in the wide areas of the Alex squad.
