Crewe Alexandra would like to update supporters on the connectivity issues that arose during our opening game of the season against Cheltenham.
Following an internal review, we are making every effort to ensure all the issues will be corrected ahead of our next home game against Accrington Stanley.
Work has begun today on improving the internet connectivity which will mean supporters will be able to pay on card at all our kiosks at the next game.
The Football Club has also decided to introduce a pre-payment system for half-time alcohol sales in the main stand. Supporters will be able to purchase a voucher which can be exchanged for alcoholic drink at new express lanes that will be introduced at the Accrington game.
Full details of this new system will be communicated to supporters shortly.
Once again we would like to thank supporters for their patience on Saturday and would like to assure you that we aim to offer a much improved matchday experience at
the Accrington Stanley game on August 21st.
