Gaffer says Alex have to transfer Leeds performance into the League.
David Artell says that his Crewe Alexandra side have to try and take advantage of Charlton Athletic's equally slow start to the season as us.
The Addicks have also drawn one of their opening games and Nigel Adkins side have surprisingly lost four on the bounce when you include that EFL Cup defeat to AFC Wimbledon.
Both clubs are after their first League win of the season and that only adds a bit of spice to an already intriguing fixture. Crewe produced one of their finest away performances to draw 2-2 at the Valley back in late April.
Ahead of our trip to London, Artell told the club’s official website: “Nigel (Atkins) is a good manager and they have a very competitive budget. They will be wanting to be there or thereabouts like a lot of clubs.
“They have good players but have made a slow start to the season, like ourselves, so it is up to us to make sure that continues and we are in a position to take advantage of that. “
