2020/21 SEASON TICKET REFUNDS
The 2020/21 season has been a difficult year for both Crewe Alexandra FC and our supporters alike. I am writing to place on record, our thanks to you and everybody who purchased a season ticket for the current campaign. Without your support, the financial landscape of Crewe Alexandra would be looking very different today.
Whilst we all agree iFollow has been a great way to watch your team, it can never be the same as attending games at the Alexandra Stadium.
Therefore, we will be offering supporters a partial refund on their 2020/21 season ticket, taking into account the iFollow access throughout the season. Specific details of the refunds can be found on our website.
I would however like to ask you to consider supporting the club further by waiving this offer of a refund on the current season. On the field the club has had a positive season and we want to continue with this investment, supporting Dave Artell in strengthening his squad and build on the success of the past few years.
Off the field we must continue to invest in the stadium and matchday experience. A new big screen, new TVs on the concourses and many more exciting improvements are all now on their way.
A number of supporters have already got in touch to say they will not be asking for a refund. This act of generosity is greatly appreciated, especially in these difficult times. Any partial refunds not claimed will be classed as donation and will be of considerable help to Crewe Alexandra Football Club.
I am therefore writing to ask if you would consider making such a gesture, which would be greatly appreciated by everyone at Crewe Alexandra and allow us to go into next season in a much stronger position both on and off the field.
The new Board are committed to moving our club forward and with your continued help we can do this together and more effectively. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Alexandra Stadium next season.
