There is an important change that Crewe Alexandra season ticket holders need to be aware of regarding iFollow.

As you will already know, season ticket holders can watch every home league game LIVE on iFollow.

So far this season it has been with a promotional code being emailed out, granting free of charge access to the live stream.

However, the creation, organisation and delivery of codes is time-consuming for the EFL, clubs and fans and also leads to issues for fans.

A change to the process

EFL Digital, who run iFollow, will therefore be changing the way season ticket holders can access the games, without the use of promo codes. They will begin to move permanently to an email-based solution instead.

Once completed, there will be no need for codes to be passed onto fans; you will simply need to log-in to your iFollow account to view the games you're entitled to see.

It is important that you use the same email address for iFollow as the one you have registered with the Football Club, as this identifies you as a 2020/21 season ticket holder.

Next steps

If you already use the same email address for iFollow that you used when becoming a season ticket holder, no action is needed.

Any accounts that that have multiple season tickets attached to the same email, (Carers/Juniors) will only get one active ifollow account.

So if you require a second code for the second ticket, you will need a second iFollow account with a corresponding email address on the ticketing website.

You can register another account with iFollow by selecting the Basic Pass (which is free) and filling out the details.

The data being passed to the EFL is purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow. Any fan that does with this to happen should let us know. Please refer to the EFL privacy policy on the website.

It is expected that home games from 31st October onwards will be using the email solution.
