Crewe Alexandra are delighted to announce Luke Offord has agreed a new three-year contract with the Football Club keeping him in South Cheshire until the summer of 2023.

Offord, 20, joined the Alex when he was just seven years of age and becomes the latest academy product to commit his future to the club.

The Northwich-born defender broke through into the first team less than 12 months ago and David Artell has rewarded him for his terrific performances.

The Academy graduate recorded only one loss inside nine games in his debut season and ended the campaign with a Sky Bet League Two promotion medal.
