Following on from recent updates regarding iFollow, we would like season ticket holders to double check they have access to tonight’s game with Gillingham.

How can I check I've got access to this game?

In order for season-ticket holders to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple 4 step process to do so.

1.     Log in to your iFollow account on the club website

2.     Click your name in the navigation bar top right to get to 'My Account page'

3.     Scroll down to Purchased packages.

4.     Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'

If they have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket – Crewe Alexandra.’

What happens if this doesn’t show?

If it doesn’t show, then you have not set up an iFollow account using the registered email we have for you, therefore you will not be automatically granted access.

If this is the case you should have had a code emailed to you. If you haven’t please email info@crewealex.net to request a code.

Season ticket showing but game still showing as available to purchase?

We have been made aware of a bug in the iFollow system that means the game will still be showing as available to purchase. This will be corrected ahead of our next home Sky Bet League One fixture, but you do not need to do anything else providing a season ticket is showing in your purchased packages.

The game will be available to watch as normal this evening.
