Crewe Alexandra is delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Dino Visser on a short-term until the end of the season.
The South African joins the club to provide competition for Will Jaaskelainen and Dave Richards for the number one spot ahead of our final nine games of the season.
Dino has spent most of his career in the top two tiers of South African football before heading to England, where he recently left fellow League Two side Exeter City.
Artell's most recent recruit told the clubs official website: "It's a fantastic club, that's trying to push for League One. I was fortnate to spend some time here in the summer, so I know most of the lads and the staff too.
"It's got some fantastic players, it was a great opportunity for me, one that I couldn't refuse."
The 6-ft-2 goalkeeper has already claimed EFL Trophy player-of-the-round and wants to add more silverware during his time with the Railwaymen.
He said: "I'm here to support the team as much as I can and will always give 110 percent. I wear my heart on my sleeve and that's the kind of guy I am. At any given opportunity I am here to do my best and help the team to continue what they are already doing."
The 30-year-old will now join up with Dave Artell and the rest of the squad ahead of Saturday’s visit to Mansfield, taking up the number 31 shirt.
