We would like to thank all supporters for their patience whilst we waited for the 2019/20 season to be formally concluded and our promotion to League One to be confirmed.
Crewe Alexandra recognises the challenges that Coronavirus pandemic may have presented to supporters and as such we will be offering refunds for advance ticket purchases for games that will now not take place.
A number of supporters have already contacted the Football Club to inform us that they will not be requesting a refund, and this is a gesture that everybody at Crewe Alexandra appreciates during these unprecedented times.
For the avoidance of doubt, Crewe Alexandra Football Club has retained monies collected for advance away ticket sales. Any refunds not requested will be treated as a donation to Crewe Alexandra.
The Football Club will be able to process refunds from Monday 15th June 2020 until 31st July 2020. Supporters can obtain their refund by either returning their ticket to the match-day ticket office in person or by post. Refunds are by card only.
If using post, please include a contact detail so we can process your refund via a phone call. The match-day ticket office will be open from Monday 15th June on the following days.

As the Club is still operating with a skeleton staff, we would ask supporters for their patience. The ticket office will also be open for 2020/21 season ticket sales and ‘Click and Collect’ shop orders.
Crewe Alexandra have taken precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff so we also ask supporters to observe these measures.
