Chuma Anene has described his time at Crewe Alexandra as ‘amazing’ so far. The popular striker has hit 9 goals this season and has become a firm favourite with the Crewe supporters. Anene is currently on loan from Danish side FC Midtjylland and he says he has benefitted greatly from the experience.

The Norwegian forward told the club’s official website: “It has been an amazing experience. I love the people here, the fans, the staff, the coaches. It has been really good and scoring goals and having the confidence really helps.

“I am very pleased with how things have gone so far. Long may it continue.

“As a striker I want to score goals and help the team. I have scored 9 goals and that’s been good but I want even more. I could have scored more.

“I want to score more and help the team as much as I can.”
