Crewe Alexandra can confirm that defender Christian Mbulu has this morning left the Football Club by mutual consent.

Mbulu, who signed a short-term deal with the Alex back in October, made seven appearances for David Artell’s side.

The 23-year-old last featured for Crewe in their Boxing Day defeat to Salford but will now be free to sign for a new side.
